Being present it´s not enough. You have to reach every customer. We worked with Academia Europea to build a strong connection through social media with their potential clients. Sustained growth and an engage community was what we aim for.
Redesigning a new web site was key point to the strategy, so we developed a site according Academia Europea´s goals. Optimized it to catch new leads and made it iresponsive to any mobile device, so our customers possible clients could easily get in touch with the right information and redirected to the nearest branch office in real time, directly from the web site.
Not having a strategy lead Academia Europea to have as many fanpages as branch offices they have, making it hard for possible customers to identify and contact the right one. So we merged all of them and created one principal fanpage in line with their goals, information and communication tone.
But having the right mean isn’t complete without the right content. Using the suitable communication routes, with emphasis in engaging posts. Creating content based on the characteristics of the target public.
Through the investment on the digital campaign we generated potential customers for Academia Europea. Taking advantage of Google Adwords and Facebook Ads we optimize every conversation generated by the community and follow every click we get.
Through the merge of Academia Europeas fanpages we developed a community of over 173, 000 fans.
